¶1Suit for salary; demotions in reduction in force; veterans’ preference; employee in shipyard.
¶2Following the decision in Adler, et al. v. United States, 129 C. Cls. 150, and upon stipulation by the parties showing the amount due, judgment was entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $1,959.54.
