¶1Just compensation. On a stipulation by tbe parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered tbat judgment for plaintiffs Genevieve Keyes Rector and Mrs. Ed Spragins be entered for $54,000, together with interest at tbe rate of four percent per annum from March 15> 1945, to tbe date of payment.
