Speck. Tills judgment, on April 3, 1888, was assigned to Samuel Fry, who on May 1, 1888, assigned it to David. M. Rank.

¶1A careful examination of the record in the above cases fails *34to disclose error. The learned judge below has sufficiently vindicated his decree by his opinion.

¶2The decree is affirmed in each case and the appeals dismissed at the costs of the appellants.
