¶1Upon consideration of the notice of dismissal filed in the above styled cause by counsel for Appellant, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, on August 31, 1961, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
