¶1The order striking Joseph Lee Thomas’s motion to compel the return of property is affirmed without prejudice for Thomas to file an authorized motion. Should Thomas choose to file such a motion, the circuit court shall entertain Thomas’s motion pursuant to the procedure outlined in Bolden v. State, 875 So.2d 780, 782-83 (Fla. 2d DCA 2004).
¶2Affirmed without prejudice.
