¶1CONFESSION OF ERROR
¶2D.A., a juvenile, appeals from an October 4, 2013, order withholding adjudication and issuing a judicial admonition. D.A. challenges the trial court’s jurisdiction to enter this disposition order because on the date the order was entered, he was 19-years old. See § 985.0301(5)(a), Fla. Stat. (2012).
¶3Based on the State’s confession of error, with which we agree, we reverse the order and remand with directions that the case be dismissed.
