Decided 1987-11-23

¶1Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Ingrassia, J.), both rendered January 11, 1985, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree under indictment No. 149/83, and bail jumping in the second degree under indictment No. 417/84, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.

¶2Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.

¶3We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant’s assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues which could be raised on appeal.
