WOLF, J.,

¶1concurring.

¶2I concur in the decision to remand for resentencing without addressing the sentencing options available to the trial court because I am constrained by our prior decision in Washington v. State, 108 So.3d 917 (Fla. 1st DCA 2012). For the reasons expressed in my concurrence in Washingtonand Judge Makar’s opinion in the instant case, I feel we should address the legality of these sentencing options.

¶3In all other respects, I concur in Judge Ray’s opinion.
