¶1The petition for belated appeal is granted. Two copies of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notices of appeal from the December 21, 2010 and the October 16, 2013, orders denying Petitioner’s motions to correct illegal sentence in Case No. 05-2936-CF, in *531the Circuit Court in and for Lake County, Florida. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).
