¶1Patent. On plaintiff’s failure to comply with the court’s order of January 25,1956, requiring him to make his petition more definite and certain, and on defendant’s motion to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution, it was ordered on June 15, 1956, that plaintiff’s petition be dismissed. The petition had originally been dismissed in open court on October 3,1955, but was subsequently reinstated.
