¶1Contract; counterclaim. On a stipulation by the parties wherein plaintiffs agreed to accept the sum of $7,920.75 in full settlement of their claims and admitted liability to defendant on its counterclaim in the amount of $10,500, it was ordered that judgment for the defendant be entered for $2,579.25.
