¶1After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

BURKE, Judge.

¶2Based on the Alabama Supreme Court’s holding in Ex parte Parker, 136 So.3d 1092 (Ala.2013), Jermaine Lavar Parker’s conviction for conspiracy to commit a controlled-substance crime is reversed and a judgment rendered in favor of Parker.

¶3REVERSED AND JUDGMENT RENDERED.
