¶2On a stipulation by the parties wherein plaintiffs agreed to accept $53,247.82 in full satisfaction of their claims and admitted liability to the defendant in the amount of $28,247.82 on its counterclaim, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiffs be entered for $25,000.
