GRAVES, Judge.

¶1 Appellant was convicted of burglary, and assessed a penalty of two years in the penitentiary.

¶2 No notice of appeal appears to have been entered in the minutes of the trial court. Hence we have no jurisdiction. See Branch’s P. C., Sec. 588, p. 302.

¶3 The appeal is dismissed.
