¶1Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and hew trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the record does not disclose evidence sufficient to *925show negligence on the part of the defendant. Jenks, Burr, Thomas, Rich and Carr, JJ., concurred.
