<p>Crime.</p> <p>Appeal and Error; Review; Instructions. — Where the record does not contain a bill of exceptions furnishing data for review, and the oral charge of the court is not set out, the appellate court cannot review intelligently the charges refused to a defendant as required by Acts 1915, p. 815, although the record contains the charges given and refused to defendant requested in writing.</p>
