People v. Smith

California Court of Appeal

Decided June 12, 1936

California Court of Appeal · decided 1936-06-12

Decided 1936-06-12

YORK, J.

¶1Defendant was charged in an information with violation of section 501 of the Vehicle Code, was tried before the court sitting without a jury, and was found guilty, as charged.

¶2Appellant’s opening brief raises nothing more than a request that this court weigh the evidence. We have made an examination of the evidence introduced and find it sufficient to justify the judgment of the trial court.

¶3The judgment of conviction is affirmed.

¶4Doran, J., concurred.
