¶1ORDER
¶2Defendant, Leonard Hale, appeals from the judgment entered after a jury found him guilty of forcible sodomy. Defendant was sentenced as a persistent sexual offender and prior offender to thirty years imprisonment without probation or parole. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion.
¶3We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
