¶2Tbe appeal in this case was from an order of tbe judge of probate of Monroe county admitting tbe appellee, Wes Raines, to bail on habeas corpus proceedings.
¶3On motion of tbe appellee, tbe bill of exceptions was stricken from the file. No error appearing on tbe record, tbe judgment is affirmed.
