¶2Ordered that the said motion he and the same is hereby granted and the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of interlocutory appeal and amended notice of interlocutory appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, on February 23, 1962, and March 8, 1962, respectively, be and the same is hereby quashed.
