¶1Affirmed. See Spielvogel v. Crown Realty Assocs., 465 So.2d 532 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984) (holding that Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130®, which provides that “the lower tribunal may not render a final order disposing of the cause pending” review of a non-final order, does not apply where review is sought by way of a petition for writ of certiorari).
