¶1ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF FLORIDA

PER CURIAM.

¶2Based on the Florida Supreme Court’s recent decision in Glasco v. State, No. SC12-1292, 2014 WL 1622186 (Fla.2014), which quashed this court’s decision in State v. Glasco, 90 So.3d 905 (Fla. 5th DCA 2012), we withdraw the mandate issued July 9, 2012, and our previously-entered opinion and hereby affirm the decision of the circuit court granting the motion to suppress.

¶3AFFIRMED.
