¶1ORDER
¶2Donald and Andrea Ayers appeal the judgment of the trial court in favor of Norman and Karen Kilmer in their action for fraud and negligent misrepresentation in the sale of residential real estate. The Ayers claim that the trial court’s judgment was against the weight of the evidence and that the trial court erred in dismissing their claims against Mrs. Kilmer at the close of plaintiffs’ evidence. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
