¶1Overtime pay, Alaska Railroad. The judgment entered in favor of plaintiff Sam Radish on April 3, 1957, in the amount of $6,884.64 (138 C. Cls. 869), was withdrawn and vacated and his petition dismissed. A motion to substitute Sam Radinovich as party plaintiff was denied.
