¶1Upon consideration of the motion filed by the attorneys for appellant, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of interlocutory appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, on January 19, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
