¶1Pay and allowances; retired Army pay. On May 26,1958,, the court entered an order holding that plaintiff was entitled, to recover, with the amount of recovery to be determined. *956in further proceedings pursuant to Rule 38 (c). The commissioner having made his memorandum report as to the .amount due under such order, it is now ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $13,636.07.
