¶1The attorney for appellee has filed a motion to quash the appeal in this cause which the Court has treated and considered as a motion to dismiss and upon consideration, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, on March 2, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
