¶1Upon consideration of the stipulation of counsel for the respective parties, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida, on April 24, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
