¶1The evidence in this case fully estabhshes the relation of landlord and tenant between the parties. Final order of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event. Jenks, P. J., Burr, Thomas, Carr and "Woodward, JJ., concurred.
