¶1Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, unless within ten days from the filing of the decision herein plaintiff stipulate to reduce the recovery to twenty dollars and eighty-six cents, with interest from June 1, 1910, in which event the judgment as so modified is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Jenks, P. J., Thomas, Carr, Woodward and Rich, JJ., concurred.
