¶1Judgment. and order, affirmed, with costs. -Held, that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence, and that the damages are excessive. Hew trial to be had in the City Court on the 6th day of June, 1911, at ten o’clock in the *908forenoon.

All concurred, except McLennan, P. J., and Robson, J., who dissented and voted for modification by eliminating the first cause of action and affirming the judgment of the Municipal Court as to the balance.
