<p>Appeal from a judgment entered on the 15th day of October, 1910, upon the verdict of a jury, and from an order entered on the 14th day of October, 1910, denying a motion for a new trial.</p>

Per Curiam:

¶1The judgment should be reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellants to abide the event, upon the ground that the' finding of the jury that the defendants were guilty of negligence is against the evidence.

¶2Judgment and order reversed, new trial ordered, costs to appellants to abide event.
