Turner v. Iglecia

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided October 6, 2005

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2005-10-06

Applies 28 U.S.C. § 636 · 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion · Decided 2005-10-06

PER CURIAM:

¶1 Anthony Turner appeals the magistrate judge’s order * granting summary judgment in favor of the Defendant on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) and related state law claims alleging deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs and medical malpractice. Our review of the record discloses no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Turner v. Iglecia, No. CA-00-917-2 (E.D.Va. Mar. 25, 2005). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
