¶1Upon consideration of the Motion filed in this cause by the attorneys for Appellant, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Court of Record for Broward County, Florida, on August 31, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
