¶2|, While I concur with the conclusion reached by the majority on the jurisdictional issue, I wish to point out that ordering transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle should be accomplished only after notice and a full hearing on the merits. Unlike a grant of temporary use, a change in ownership has registration, tax, and insurance ramifications.
