¶1The petition for belated appeal is granted. A copy of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal from the final order denying Petitioner’s motion for postconviction relief entered December 9, 2013, in Case Nos. 08-86556-CFAES; 08-36558-CFAES; and 08-32730-CFAES, in the Circuit Court in and for Volusia County, Florida. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.141(e)(6)(D).
