GRAVES, Judge.

¶1The conviction is for the unlawful possession of marihuana, a narcotic drug; the punishment assessed is confinement in the State penitentiary for a term of two years.

¶2The record contains neither statement of facts nor bills of exception. In such condition nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
