¶2I vote for affirmance of the judgment.

¶3 *197As to the defendants Nekarda, Orbach and Tenner judgment modified as directed in opinion, with costs to respondents. As to defendant Pressberger judgment reversed and new trial ordered, with costs to appellant to abide event. Order to be settled on notice.
