¶1Mahoning App. Nos. 2014 MA 51 and 2014 MA 52, 2015-Ohio-5598. This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Mahoning County.
¶2Upon consideration of the joint motion of appellee and amicus curiae Ohio Attorney General Michael DeWine for divided argument time scheduled for March 1, 2017, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted. Amicus curiae shall share the time allotted to appellee.
