¶1Upon consideration of the Joint Stipulation for Dismissal filed in this cause by counsel for the respective parties, it is
¶2Ordered that the Appeal in this cause commenced by Notice of Appeal filed in the Court of Record for Broward County, Florida, on May 11, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
