¶1In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of E. Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court Div. B, No. 04-13-0503; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2014 KW 0215.

¶2Writ granted. The trial court’s ruling which set aside the judgment of bond forfeiture is reversed. The matter is remanded for further proceedings. See La. C.Cr.P. art. 349.8(A)(1).
