¶1 ON MOTION FOR REHEARING.

HAWKINS, Presiding Judge.

¶2 Appellant insists that the evidence raises an issue whether Anita Luna was connected with the house in such manner as would make her an accomplice witness, and that such issue should have been submitted to the jury.

¶3 We have again examined the facts and think the issue not raised.

¶4 The motion for rehearing is overruled.
