¶1Upon consideration of the Notice of Dismissal filed by the attorneys for Appellant, it is
¶2Ordered that the Appeal in this cause commenced by Notice of Interlocutory Appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida, on September 14, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
