¶1Upon consideration of the Motion to Dismiss filed in this cause by the attorney for Appellant, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by Notice of Appeal filed in the Criminal Court of Record for Hills-borough County, Florida, on September 4, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
