¶1This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and respondent’s Answer.
¶2Claimant is a court reporter who seeks $46.09 for reporting services rendered to respondent in Logan, West Virginia. Respondent, in its Answer, admits the validity and amount of the claim. The Court, therefore, makes an award to the claimant in the amount of $46.09.
