Per Curiam.

¶1The property not being residential, the restriction of the emergency rent laws does not apply. The uses to which the premises were to be put was more or less personal but in connection with the operation of a business, and in no sense as a residence.

¶2The judgment should be reversed, with $30 costs, and complaint dismissed, with costs.

¶3Concur — Hecht, J. P., Steuer and Tilzer, JJ.

¶4Judgment reversed, etc.
