¶1Upon consideration of the joint motion of counsel for the respective parties, it is
¶2ORDERED that the Appeal in this cause commenced by Notice of Appeal filed in the Criminal Court of Record for Orange County, Florida, on October 1, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
