¶2I respectfully dissent. I write separately to point out the obvious. Mr. Bouse did not expose “his genitals.” Rather, he displayed a photographic image of his genitals. Notwithstanding the majority’s ardent desire to punish Mr. Bouse’s reprehensible conduct, common sense, a commodity seemingly in short supply sometimes, compels the conclusion that displaying a photographic image does not constitute “exposing] the person’s genitals” in the lay person’s everyday usage and understanding of the concept.
¶3For this reason, I would reverse the trial court’s judgment.
