¶1Court of Claims — jurisdiction; torts. — Upon consideration of defendant’s motion for summary judgment and plaintiff’s response thereto, together with oral argument by the parties, it was found that plaintiff’s claims are not within the jurisdiction of this court, and it was ordered that defendant’s motion be granted and the petition dismissed.
