¶1ON MOTION FOR REHEARING.

KRUEGER, Judge.

¶2*77The State has filed a motion for rehearing in which it insists that we erred in sustaining appellant’s contention in declining to sustain his motion to quash the special venire. We have again considered the question in the light of the State’s motion, but remain of the opinion that the question was properly disposed of in the original opinion.

¶3The State’s motion for rehearing is overruled.

¶4Opinion approved by the Court.
